For New Poll Workers Only (not applicable for County Employees):

New poll workers are required to complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form. You must complete the I-9 form prior to being assigned as an Election Day poll worker (note: the form can be filled out within the PDF by clicking here USCIS Form I-9 or printed and manually filled out). This form will be collected during training. Also, please be prepared to provide the additional documents required per the I-9 form. A reminder regarding this requirement will be sent to new poll workers prior to training.
