The Miami-Dade County Internal Services ADA Office would like to invite you to share your opinions and concerns regarding how Miami-Dade County serves people with disabilities through their programs and services. If you are a person with a disability or their caregiver, please take a moment to complete this online survey or please share it with someone that you know who is. This survey will help county departments identify areas where we are successfully serving people with disabilities, areas that need improvement, and areas which may need more development or focus.
