We’re always looking to improve, so we’d love to hear about your experience using Miami-Dade Transit’s secure bike parking covers (Bike lids). We appreciate that time is precious, so this survey should only take 2-3 minutes to complete.

We prioritize serving all commuters, including bicyclists, who play a vital role in our community. While personal bicycles and e-bikes are permitted on Metrorail, Metromover, and Metrobus, we understand that some prefer to securely park their bikes at our Metrorail stations.

The BikeLid® system, deployed at various Metrorail locations, offers patented secure bike storage parking. It ensures superior protection for up to two bicycles from the elements, vandalism, and theft.
